Job description
We are looking to hire a Technical Writer to join our growing team. This role will work closely with product and technical teams to deliver product documentation to our Customer Success teams, and create customer-facing Help Center content to make our customers’ lives easier. Successful candidates will be passionate about creating high-quality content and natural problem solvers who can navigate complex situations and create clarity. This role will test your creative and organizational side as you help develop the voice and structure of our external and internal facing documentation.
What You’ll Do…
- Create high-quality technical content which accurately reflects how our products work, while delivering
- Maintain and drive improvements to customer-facing documentation in our Help Center
- Work cross functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to create content that acts as a source-of-truth for all other documentation efforts
What You Bring…
- 2+ years of technical writing experience
- Demonstrated experience producing high volumes of technical content, preferably for SaaS products
- Successful managing multiple projects with fast turnaround times
- Experience creating, editing, and driving improvements to a Help Center
- Ability to execute technical writing deliverables based on product plans and specifications
- Ability to write for a variety of audiences, from API documentation to self-help guides
