Groundworks Industries rethinks, redefines, and sets the bar for progressive cannabis culture through artistic vision, scientific rigor and word-class talents. By powering the most thoughtful and engaged brands in this industry, we will redefine progressive cannabis culture. Our approach extends across five categories of investment that move the industry forward by transforming the quality, reliability, availability, and perception of the industry.
We are home to a family of retail brands that provide quality, knowledgeable, and artful experiences to break stereotypes and set new standards for the purchase and experience of cannabis. The Groundworks retail family includes a variety of community-rooted dispensaries.
Electric Lettuce is a recreational dispensary with multiple locations operating on a higher frequency throughout Oregon, offering a righteous selection of smoking accessories, cannabis edibles and topicals, concentrates and extracts, and grass, dope, reefer, or whatever they're calling cannabis these days. A nostalgic throwback to the pot culture of the 60's and 70's, the vibe is chill, but the customer experience is crucial.
Grass Guides at any of our Electric Lettuce locations are key in helping us continue to deliver a nostalgic and compassionate cannabis experience. We are looking for folks who are passionate about cannabis education and want to help us move the dial forward on building an inclusive, fun cannabis culture.
To be successful in this role, you'll want to bring a wealth of customer experience to the table and either a passion for, or genuine curiosity about cannabis. This is a particularly nuanced industry so we specifically look for Grass Guides that can navigate the in's and out's of partnering with our customers to support them in landing on the best products for their needs.
Even with the chill vibe, we want to make sure customers are getting exactly what they need. This means we expect Grass Guides to be punctual, reliable, and work to communicate effectively with their managers and colleagues.
