The Recruiter will be responsible for talent acquisition, crafting job descriptions, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, presenting candidates, and new hire onboarding. Candidate must have a proven track record identifying talent; be resourceful and act with a sense of urgency; possess excellent communication and presentation skills; be highly organized and detail minded. The Recruiter will utilize the applicant tracking systems to monitor and record recruiting activities, identify and maintain quality candidate pool, and implement multiple active recruiting systems. The Recruiter will be tasked with utilizing innovative sourcing strategies and networks to grow a diverse pipeline of candidates, while identifying process improvements to enhance the recruiting process.
