We are a cannabis farm that specializes in making prerolled joints. We are looking for someone who is a detail-oriented person, can work independently as well as be a strong team player, and manage a small team of productions workers. Communication skills and a calm personality are very important so that tasks and duties are fully understood and can be communicated to the team. Math is also extremely important in managing counts and inventory on a daily basis. You must have strong MATH skills and be able to show us why you have strong math skills.
Responsibilities are: TEAM MANAGER, take care of daily inventory, coordinate orders with the production team to make sure orders are fulfilled, order supplies, calculate how much time is needed to complete orders, create and apply labels to products using our online label software, prepare shipments of products including accurate counts which includes making tags and manifests using METRC software.
Must have excellent fine motor skills so the job can be done efficiently. Must use and be proficient with excel and word. Familiarity with OLCC's METRC software is a huge plus. This job is very detail oriented and each order going out the door must be 100% accurate. This cannot be stressed enough. This position has responsibility for the accuracy of the shipments as well as the coordination of the team that is working on the orders.
Hours are flexible but will generally be 40 hours per week. Must be available for rush orders that can occasionally require working late. Pay will be based on the experience the person brings to the job. We are looking for a LEADER!! Weekends off unless arranged to make up hours or work extra. Applicants must have own reliable transportation and MUST HAVE A CURRENT OLCC MARIJUANA HANDLERS PERMIT.
