Job description
This team and role are crucial for software and hardware stability. They provide product and engineering with the data used to properly prioritize bug fixes and usability issues. It’s a very collaborative and cross-functional role where you get to solve complex problems every day and you never stop learning.
What You’ll Do...
- Triage escalated technical issues related to dutchie's software and hardware in JIRA
- Document product functionality and troubleshooting best practices
- Cross-train on product knowledge, troubleshooting techniques, and technical skills
- Enable greater and more consistent visibility into trends around technical issues and bugs
- Increase efficiencies across teams owning technical troubleshooting
- Manage and execute projects that benefit larger dutchie organization
What You Bring...
- Technical understanding of networking fundamentals for TCP/IP, network switching and routing, ethernet, WiFi and cellular infrastructure, DHCP and static provisioning, NTP, firewalls, and low-voltage cabling.
- Understanding and knowledge of Networking and IT, Security, Computer Science, or related fields and eager to learn more.
- Technical experience with networking devices and connectivity as it pertains to Point of Sale and payment systems
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent
- Experience with MDM tooling such as JAMF preferred
- 2+ years of technical support experience in a SaaS environment
- Technical writing experience with tutorials, documentation, and other materials
