Biscotti Brands is an exciting and growing manufacturer of premium adult use cannabis products Our Corporate Support Center is based in Emeryville, California with our manufacturing and processing facility based in nearby Oakland. This position is an essential client support role within the organization and is an exciting growth-oriented opportunity to build upon your professional experience and leadership skills, while and learning and/or expanding your knowledge of the licensed Cannabis industry. This position is a field-based remote (home-based) role that reports to the Area Manager; Client Support Services.
Client Support Services at Biscotti:
We are looking for outgoing and engaging sales and service professionals that enjoy working independently with the support of a local Area Manager. This role is responsible for promoting, educating and selling our products to current and future clients’ and educating their in-store retail personnel and customers; as well as to consumers during public and privately-held special events and other industry-related events.

A Product Specialist needs to be service-oriented, goal-oriented, a self-starter, driven/self-motivated, and organized, while being committed to excellence, and having a high-level of product knowledge and consumer engagement. You will be the face of our company by preparing and delivering promotional, educational and sales-focused presentations at various locations. You are responsible for fostering brand awareness, educating industry personnel and retail consumers, and generating business-to business (B2B) and direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales both independently and while supporting our 3rd Party external distribution and sales team partners.
