Job description
LeafLink is seeking a Product Manager with supply chain experience to join its logistics technology team. The logistics technology team is solving challenges in the cannabis supply chain with solutions rooted in LeafLink’s B2B platform and growing fulfillment network. As a Product Manager, you will partner closely with business and product leaders to define and develop the products that streamline the fulfillment, shipping, or delivery experiences for cannabis businesses. In this role, you will identify, define, and deliver solutions that address the needs of companies using LeafLink to ship their wholesale products. You will play a key role in driving the evolution of LeafLink’s shipping experiences.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented with excellent problem solving abilities. You have an understanding of product design and development and are a champion of agile methodologies. You are motivated to empower LeafLink’s customers and are comfortable jumping into uncertain situations to find clarity, focus, and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Own product development from discovery to launch
- Define and analyze metrics to guide product development
- Align cross-functional stakeholders on shared objectives
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and other cross-functional partners to develop products
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience building products
- Experience working closely with designers, engineers, and other product managers to build products using AGILE methodologies
- Experience in a high growth environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience communicating directly with users and conducting user research
- Strong understanding of analytics and data-driven decision making
- Nice to Have: You have warehousing, fulfillment, or transportation product experience.
