Job description

Nursery Tech 1’s in the Nursery Department are responsible for completing all assigned tasks as assigned by the Nursery Manager. All assigned tasks are to be performed based on standard operating procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Must be coachable with the ability to learn new tasks quickly.

· Allow for and trust constructive criticism from the Nursery Manager.

· Ability to work well with a team while demonstrating a professional and respectful demeanor towards others.

· Experience working in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment is a plus.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Must be motivated, focused, and have a strong work ethic.

· Ability to adapt to change and shifting priorities.

· Must have a California ID.

· Ability to pass a DOJ Live Scan

· Must be 21+ years of age.

JOB DUTIES:

· Standard Operating Procedures within: Transplanting, Crop Transporting, Facility Sanitation/Disinfection, Irrigation, Trimming/Shaping Plant Material, Cannabis Waste Disposal

· Work as a quality teammate alongside other Nursery Grow Department personnel to achieve the highest quality of work.

· Allow for and trust constructive criticism from the Nursery Manager.

· All tasks performed based on standard operating procedures.

· Help maintain a clean and safe work environment.

· Maintain prompt timing with the department work schedule. Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

· Other duties as required.

LEADERSHIP Maintains a positive, upbeat role in the Company. Promotes and exemplifies Company values and represents departmental objectives and interests to internal and external customers.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None.

Education and/or experience – Any experience working with plant material and/or Manufacturing fields is preferred.

Language Skills – Ability to follow written directions and articulate questions in regard to accurate task performance and execution. Ability to log information and data collection in written form.

Required Technical/Other Skills/Licenses – Must have a California ID. Ability to pass DOJ Live Scan. Must be 21+ years of age.
