Roles & Responsibilities:
Create and manage product gifting system for national brand; coordinate and track all shipments and ensure we have stock needed to fulfill orders
Create and manage product gifting system for California brand; manifest products to dispensaries, track deliveries, and ensure we have stock needed to fulfill orders
Oversee supplies handling, distributing, inventorying, and shipping; ensure we have enough supplies in each hub to last each month
Work with Marketing and Customer Service to field and fulfill requests for products and supplies
Must have solid computer skills and be adept at using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Excel, and Dropbox
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to respond clearly and quickly via email, Slack, and text
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, sit and stand for long periods of time, bend, kneel and twist.
Must have a valid driver’s license, be insured and be able to drive large vehicles like U-haul vans
Must be a problem solver and team player; must be able to work with multiple departments
2-3 years marketing or logistics experience
Part Time: Monday, Wednesday, Friday Mornings 8-12 PM
