Job description

710 Labs is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who is proactive, forward thinking and communicative. The ideal candidate is able to manage concurrent projects and initiatives and meet deadlines. This position will report into the Sr. Director, Marketing Operations. This role will be critical in supporting the marketing department, as well as working cross-functionally with our Sales, DTC, Creative and Operations departments as needed. Staying nimble and agile will be key as we work in a constantly evolving environment, in which quick turnarounds are common and plans can pivot at a moment’s notice. You will be working with an integrated marketing team to ensure continuity of our brand story across all channels, and having fun while you do it!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Effective project management of marketing initiatives and projects

Work directly with vendors to develop and produce marketing assets and brand merchandise

Assist with marketing campaigns

Maintain marketing assets in Dropbox

Maintain merchandise inventory, shipping and receiving merchandise as needed across markets

Support in planning and executing key event initiatives

Research and anticipate industry trends and marketplace drivers

Attend and actively participate in marketing meetings

Assemble meeting agendas and report out with recaps as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 1-2 years marketing experience

Must be able to work within project timelines to deliver on marketing projects and initiatives, big and small

Exceptional project management, organization, and communication skills

Knowledgeable on graphic design process, able to work efficiently with graphic designers, trafficking deliverables from design to production

Highly detailed and organized

Skillful in trafficking deliverables and adept at driving timelines and deadlines

Strong critical thinking skills

Adobe Creative Suite skillset is a plus

Ecommerce experience is a plus
