Job description

As a Manager of the Optimization team, you will be a critical player under the Professional Services umbrella. You must be a Kronos SME and able to review client business policies to help advise the clients on the best system configuration, processes, and procedures. Although you will have some responsibility for taking the client through an optimization project, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of the projects coming from your department. You may have multiple projects going on at one time and you will need to be able to multitask and keep a successful business relationship with the clients and with the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Optimization team
- Collaborate with the head of Professional Services to grow this revenue-generating arm of the business.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and grow departmental capacity to deliver a world-class customer experience.
- Maintain performance metrics and leading indicators to make data-based decisions and recommendations
- Creates training materials and facilitates Kronos product system training directly to customers and internal teams
Required Skill Sets and Experience
- Must be a multi-tasker, comfortable with context switching, and 2+ years of hands-on experience with workforce ready Kronos experience
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations
- Reliable communication and documentation skills, written and verbal
- An ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience researching, implementing, and testing new system builds
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of meeting short-deadline projects
