Stachs LLC is a subsidiary of Eaze Technologies and supports the operations of a network of cannabis delivery, manufacturing & distribution facilities. Eaze, our technology arm, supports the cannabis delivery platform and marketplace that connects adult consumers with licensed dispensaries and products.

The Inventory Supervisor supports the Inventory Manager (IM) or Depot Manager to ensure an adequate supply of inventory is on hand at all times for continued and uninterrupted business operations . The AIM ensures the product delivered by vendors is accurately counted, compliant, and of good quality. They also perform/supervise the weekly inventory count and oversee staff accountability of inventory restock. The AIM is also responsible for updating multiple databases and spreadsheets. The AIM performs as the backup to the Inventory Manager when the IM is absent.
Responsibiities INVENTORY RECEIVING: Coordinate with vendors to receive orders within an allotted time frame. Make sure orders are received and compliant (COA). Update multiple systems (Slack/TradeGecko/Shopify). Assist IM to document inventory stock movements and maintain accurate records for clean hand-off to Finance. WEEKLY INVENTORY COUNT: Leads Depot Staff in weekly count of all inventory to maintain accurate numbers, appropriate inventory levels and realistic purchase orders. INVENTORY/ORDER PERFORMANCE: Assist the Inventory Manager in recording and analyzing data to look for patterns in order packing accuracy, consumer purchasing behaviors, and inventory movements, including shrinkage or other variances. BACK-UP IM/DEPOT STAFF: Acts as Inventory Manager when IM is not available. Also, has the ability to perform all depot staff order fulfillment roles when needed.
