Job description

The IPaD Admin One is responsible for verifying quality, accuracy, and compliance of all wholesale purchases prior to accepting from order fulfillment and issuing payment. This position is also primarily responsible for preparing all inventory for sale or for back stock systems for inventory specialists through METRC and POS entry. The IPaD Admin One position works closely with the Admin Lead and IPaD Floor Supervisor to ensure all company needs are satisfied with each business transaction. The IPaD Admin One is responsible for ensuring smooth inventory flow to and from the distribution center with compliance as the utmost priority. This position also requires the ability to effectively communicate with vendors and couriers as well as retail operations and wholesale accounts. The holiday seasons (mid Nov- Jan 1st) as well as April 20th, July 4th and other national holidays are expected to be busy and staffing needs will require more staffing.
