Santa Cruz's own world-class dispensary of the highest quality cannabis medicine is seeking an experienced IC Specialist professional to undertake responsibility for product intake and California compliance, general stocking, etc. See details below.

Hourly Position, pay commensurate upon experience
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Sets up and performs inventory cycle counts, including:
Investigating discrepancies to account for loss and escalate to the Inventory Supervisor as directed Performing reconciliations in the inventory management system, including providing accurate notes on steps taken in investigations
Product Intake / Compliance The IC Specialist acts under the direction of the Inventory Supervisor to assure the timely intake of products, in compliance with California State Laws. This includes accurate inventory counts, looking for batch and test information on product packaging, and flagging potential problem products. Attention to detail a MUST in this role.
Retail Sales Floor Restocking The IC Specialist assures that the retail sales floor is stocked consistently and effectively, including but not limited to new product launches and promotional sales event days.
Other Miscellaneous Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities
Other Notes/Comments: This position requires a working understanding of computing, MS Office and POS inventory systems. It is a fast-paced fun environment, but one where everyone works hard and fast. There is a physical element, where inventory is constantly moving from one place to another.
