Direct inventory specialist team with inventory processes; accuracy of conversion, storage, sanitation, weighing, packaging and labeling products.
Adhere to all Arizona Medical Marijuana Program guidelines and regulations when receiving and/or sending out MMJ products
Follow all Back-Door Procedures when allowing vendors and delivery drivers access to the dispensary
Ensure all invoices are properly tracked and processed in accordance with dispensary procedure
Respond in a timely manner regarding communication from the Home Office
Confirm shelves on the Sales Floor are stocked, rotated (FIFO), labeled, and faced following dispensary standards and priorities
Oversee the organization of back stock as necessary to assist in smooth flow of product to sales floor
Properly inspect product received at the dispensary for obvious damage, contamination, improper weights and values, quality, etc.
Ability to lift 30lbs
Use of hand or fingers to trim and bag product
Stand or sit for long periods of time
Exposure to marijuana plant which can cause allergic reactions
Working in a fast-paced environment
Staring at computer for long periods of time
Must be 21 or over
Detail oriented, highly organized and ability to solve problems
Inventory lead experience
Competency in or ability to gain competency in POS system.
Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills, positive and cheerful attitude, with a strong customer service orientation
Must be reliable, honest, responsible, and mature with a strong work ethic
Clean and well organized
Experience in medical marijuana retail sales preferred
Knowledge and understanding of the medicine and Arizona MMJ laws
Must have knowledge of various strains, genetics, THC content, and all relevant terminology
Successful completion of a thorough personal reference check and background check from the Arizona Department of Health Services
Note that any applicant with a violent felony or drug-related offense (within the past 2 years) is not eligible to become a dispensary agent
