The Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with all areas of our sales channel, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
This person is extremely organized and has great attention to detail. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to monthly growth goals, supporting each team with execution of strategy. We are self-starters and you should be too. Ultimately, this is a sales role that is heavily focused on generating revenue, leads, maintaining and building meaningful relationships with clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
Drive revenue daily by increasing order size and expanding product line through current accounts
Heavy emphasis on inside sales calls, soliciting prospect dispensaries, setting up prospect appointments, blasting through the gate keeper to find the decision makers, generating leads and closing deals
Understanding of different state strategies and nuances. Then executing the state specific initiate through shameless solicitation. This position will be calling on customers in CA, OR, CO with a possibility to expand territories
Must engage in educating yourself about the rules and regulations for operating in the cannabis industry and each state that you'd be calling on
Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism, with ethical behavior and always with conduct becoming to the company
Must perform other duties as upper management deems critical to the success of the role.
Qualifications and Skills
Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
Must be able to list 25lbs
Assists with company events and shows
Must be proficient on computers and able to learn all aspects of our systems including: SalesForce, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite and IOS
Must be a critical thinker and solutions minded
Takes initiative and is one step ahead in every aspect
Self-starter who can manage time and prioritize tasks
