At the highest level, the HR Coordinator will provide support for several key areas of HR with a special focus on hiring, onboarding, and maintaining personal files as well as assist with special projects.
Recruit, interview, and hire candidates
Conduct new hire orientations and cover all company policies
Facilitate employee changes, transfers, new hires, terminations, relocation and other employee status change
Assist with timecard corrections
Organize and maintain employee files up to date
Conduct annual I-9 audits
Stay up to date with new HR laws and regulations by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations
Perform other assignments as directed by manager
The candidate must have
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must be bilingual - English and Spanish.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
1-3 years of HR experience in any discipline of HR.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain high confidentiality this role demands.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to develop, influence, and maintain strong partnership and relationships at all levels of the organization.
Excellent project management, multi-tasking, follow through and organizational skills along with a strong customer service orientation.
Ability and willingness to travel between various facilities across California.
