This individual will be responsible for attracting and retaining our customers through exceptional patient service and community outreach and customer experience programs, while ensuring the retail store operations run smoothly, properly and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations. This role is also responsible for assisting patients in selecting products for their needs and executing initiatives that facilitate the achievement of Outreach goals.
Inspires excellent customer service, and patient confidence to create patient loyalty
Attracts and retains patients to the dispensary through education and promotion of PharmaCann to potential patients, providers in the community and other approved partnership outlets
Implements strategic marketing campaigns
Coordinates pre event activities and post event follow up with patients and referrals
Establishes and maintains effective professional relationships, credibility and rapport within the community to provide product information, educate, and sell products to patients and providers
Provides patients with excellent care and assistance through on site application assistance, verification of proper paperwork, documentation and ID
Accurate cash handling, discount application and maintenance of the Point of Sale (POS) system
Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles in both the POS system and the state's electronic verification system
Actively pursues continuous learning and professional development on product knowledge
Provides reporting and feedback to management on market place trends, challenges, programs, and product access
Participates in scheduled company meetings, conference calls, and other required business meetings
Compassionate and strong work ethic
Exceptional patient and customer service skills;
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years’ experience in healthcare or retail strongly preferred
Desire and ability to learn about products and their functions to assist patients
Develops and maintains in-depth product knowledge
Strong attention to detail and must have a team-player mentality
Ability to deal with and resolve problems in a professional manner
Must have own vehicle, valid driver’s license and insurance
Must be able to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship
