We are looking for high-energy, emotionally intelligent, agile, and passionate individuals. As a Hardware Support specialist, you will work alongside the Partner Success and Technical Support teams to ensure internal and external customers service needs are met on a daily basis. You will be responsible for maintaining an inventory database of all assets, and own the process of receiving, national and international shipping deployment, and warehousing of assets. This role will also be responsible for the configuration, deployment and troubleshooting of remote technical hardware issues.
