Job description

Hi! Oso Verde Farms is looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic farm manager to step in and lead our 2019 season. The farm manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our high quality, organic cannabis crop.

We are looking for an independently motivated individual who can accomplish results on time and on budget through correct irrigation practices, fertilization and nutrient management, pest identification, monitoring, and treatment. The farm manager must also be an effective leader with the ability to direct a small team of farmers. We ask that you have close attention to detail with an ability to see the big picture and plan accordingly. Please check out @osoverdefarms on instagram to learn more about our great farm.


Applicants must have a minimum of five years of experience in cannabis production and at least two years of management. Alternate but equivalent experience may be considered. You must also possess reliable transportation to and from the farm.
