We are looking for a top tier Executive Assistant to support the Vice President (VP) of Sales in Los Angeles, CA. Responsible for this position will be to respond timely to emails, texts, and other communications, you will act as the administrative point of contact between the Vice President (VP) of Sales and the sales personnel.
Candidates primary responsibility will be ensuring successful and efficient day-to-day operation of the Sales office in a supportive capacity to the Sales team member.
You will serve as a liaison between the Sales Team member and other team members to ensure clear communication on any sales matter.
You will constantly be interacting with multiple teams using email, text and good old fashion verbal conversations that you will document.
You will support the Sales Team member in any other capacities as needed to ensure the company is functioning at full capacity.
Data collection and data entry as needed.
The position will require incredible organizational, clerical and writing skills.
Must be fully versed in travel and expense reports in support of “C” level executive.
Must be able to pivot with tasks, projects, and responsibilities.
Ability to see the larger picture is desired.
A desire to make your executive’s life easier by predicting needs, minimizing stressors, and maintaining a high level of organization.
You will need to be a problem solver, and you will possess the ability to multi-task.
Smart with technology and the ability to adapt to sudden changes in day to day situations.
Must be results-driven and have the ability to function in situations that require diligence and impeccable focus.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ year of experience required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as a team with a desire to learn and improve.
Ability to remain organized, manage time effectively, and complete assigned tasks/projects.
