Job description
The ERP Data Analyst is responsible for managing the data and ERP systems throughout our operation, and refining/organizing that data to make it available and actionable for the broader team. This key position will work closely with onsite leadership to implement the ERP system company-wide and provide training and best practices as needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manage all the data throughout all departments to ensure it up to date, accurate and reported to leadership
Work with third party vendors to fix any issues that arise with existing ERP systems and other inventory management systems
Assist in the roll-out of our ERP system throughout departments that have yet to transfer over
Work closely with department leads and team members to ensure that all systems are operating properly, and all information is being reported accurately.
Provide support to management and leadership in data requests and analysis
Assist Interpreting and analyzing data, and providing ongoing reporting
Responsible for providing training to managers and inventory and data entry specialists
Understand the KPIs and drivers for each department and provide dashboards for each team to monitor performance
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics to optimize efficiency and quality
Develop solutions for displaying information based on business needs
Implement best practices for team data management and create resources for other team members to follow those best practices
Report on findings and share insights with team members when valuable for the success of the company
Qualifications
Three (3) or more years of related work experience
The individual must be detail-oriented and thorough, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proactively communicate with leadership
The individual must demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions and manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization
Self-motivated and works independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Critical thinking skills and attention to detail
Thorough knowledge of data management systems, practices and standards
