The Pottery serves adults 21+ with a valid government ID and adults 18+ with a valid physician’s recommendation and a valid government ID, OR a valid county-issued medical marijuana identification card.

Job description

We're looking for an organized, focused, and hardworking individual to join our small team of cannabis experts to help bring our delivery service to the next level.

We are looking for someone who knows a bit about cannabis and cannabis products, but you will learn while on the job, so experience isn't 100% necessary. However, customer service, punctuality, patience, and focus are incredibly important as the job is fast paced, often random, and like all customer service positions, can be sometimes frustrating.

Responsibilities include:

Menu Curation - finding incredible products at great prices for our growing customer base to choose from. We only want the best!

Customer service - taking orders through all of our channels, assigning orders to drivers in the most efficient way, dealing with complaints, upselling when possible, and all other customer related inquiries.

Opening and Closing responsibilities - Getting drivers out on time, making sure cash counts are always correct, limiting overtime etc.

Managerial Responsibilities - listening, understanding, and fixing issues drivers or other employees may have. We're on this team together so keeping our people happy is a #1 priority.

There are a bunch of other small things too that come up, so ultimately the main and most important thing is to have an open mind and be excited about new challenges when they present themselves!
