We are looking for Design and Marketing Coordinator who embraces the Wyld culture.
The Design and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and producing all marketing materials, including event-related collateral, packaging, advertising, video, online marketing, and email marketing. This position, in collaboration with the senior management team, will also guide Wyld's social media channels.
For this job you must submit a digital portfolio that shows your spot-on design and photography skills as well as strong writing samples.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Use your design skills to help design and support all aspects of Wyld's promotional materials both print and online
Guide new product photography
Designs new artwork for trade show displays, brochures, and other collateral
Support Wyld's Instagram, Facebook, Weed Maps and Leafly accounts
Work closely with Wyld's outside design partners, media outlets and marketing alliances as needed
Be responsible for updating and refreshing Wyld's websites with relevant and timely material including creating interesting content with both photos and videos
Build and maintain a creative, dynamic, consistent, and interesting social media voice.
Provide mock-ups for packaging, shrink sleeves, pressure labels and other new products created as well as update existing collateral for compliance and legal reasons, as required.
Work directly with Director of Administration, COO, and CEO to prepare a social media plan, timelines and priorities for individual events/performances as well as those with an institutional focus.
Create and coordinate email newsletter/announcements in line with individual event and institutional goals.
Assists in the development of timely reports and updates on results and activities.
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and/or two to three years related experience
Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite - primarily Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
Experience with Lightroom
Experience with Wordpress preferred
A background in Color Theory preferred
Proven experience and expertise in design, social media, email and online marketing.
