Our rapidly growing team is looking for a full-time Customer Support Representative to work in our Toronto office. This position will have you working directly with some of the leading licensed cannabis producers in the world, on the front lines of this global industry.

Working with a team to provide exceptional technical and customer support.

What You’ll Bring
Verifiable experience with replying to client's inquiries by phone, email as well as provide assistance through remote access.
Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast-paced environment to ensure that client issues and concerns are handled and addressed in a timely manner.
Ability to handle a variety of client issues, from strictly technical to non-technical issues
Comfortable editing and designing label templates.
Familiarity with Project Management Software and Help Desk Software (Zendesk).
Ability to document hardware configurations and technical support solutions
Able to maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Bonus: Experience with Zebra and Epson Printers, barcode scanners, NiceLabel Pro, Duplicati, JIRA and Confluence; Bilingual in Spanish.
Candidates may be asked to demonstrate qualifications through occupational tests.
