The Relm cannabis retail store in Burlington, Ontario is dedicated to providing customers with an unparalleled shopping experience. Recreational customers will enjoy shopping in a beautiful environment that inspires healing, creativity, comfort, and safety.
As one of our front-line Cannabis Educators, you will be responsible for providing superior service and knowledge of products to our customers and ensuring an excellent experience. We’re looking for someone who has high level of knowledge about cannabis brands/products, is able to work in a highly regulated industry and has a genuine passion for customer service. Successful candidates will complete CanSell and provide a background check.
Positive representative of RELM at all times on and off the floor
Educates customers on our products
Go above and beyond for customers in order to provide an elevated in-store experience
Create a positive atmosphere in the store and expertly guides the customer through our cannabis portfolio
Stays up to date on all product knowledge and can educate customers on the entire product * assortment (cannabis and accessories)
Maintain all provincial and federal cannabis regulations
Regularly achieves daily sales goals and metrics as set out by the leadership team
Handles customer feedback and escalates concerns to Key Lead or Store Lead when required
Maintain a cooperative and positive attitude at all times towards customers and fellow team members.
Uphold all policies, programs and best practices at Relm Cannabis Co * Able to lift 5-30lbs
