Ohana Brand Ambassador is responsible for representing Ohana Cannabis Co. outside of its normal scope of business. Brand ambassador actively seeks and establishes relationships with organizations to develop grassroots marketing opportunities to promote Ohana Cannabis Co. as well as networking at events, etc. Ambassadors are expected to have a positive outgoing attitude as well as a diligent and detail oriented work ethic. As such, Ambassadors aim to interact with new potential customers in high foot traffic areas and events, while distributing outreach material that helps to drive conversion and brand awareness.
Build brand awareness and establish Ohana Cannabis Co. as the go-to cannabis dispensary in Bay Area.
Educate consumers on the positive aspects of cannabis in order to drive the normalization of use.
Explain to potential customers how they can acquire an MMIC card and the difference between medical and recreational cannabis in California.
Attend local community events to distribute marketing materials and help provide a remarkable consumer experience that they will then associate with the Ohana brand
Distribute marketing and promotional material at local hotels, business conferences, bars, concerts, and other 21+ environments
Be the eyes and ears on the ground and report on how consumers perceive our brand and our products, sharing this useful insight with the broader business to support future ideas and growth opportunities.
Complete a weekly & monthly report, sharing results, insights, suggestions and opportunities.
You will be held accountable for signing up new customers, educating consumers and bringing in insights from the field.
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
Savvy in the Social Media and Marketing Arena
Must be enthusiastic and self-driven
Strong presentation and relationship building skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively
Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills
Must have own reliable transportation and be able to visit multiple locations per day.
Basic computer skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites and Google Suite)
