Leif Goods is an edible and topical processor well known in the state of Oregon for our high quality chocolate bars, creative confections and incredibly potent topicals. We make everything in small batches and strive to have the highest quality and joyful goods on the market. As we are growing, we are excited to bring new members to our close knit team to help us expand our footprint, strengthen our retail partnerships, and be part of a fun and conscientious brand.
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to be the face and voice of our brand. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through on-the-ground visits with retail partners and assisting in our social media presence. You will work closely with the CEO to achieve the company’s marketing goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand out in the world.
To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and networking skills, social media savvy, and cannabis knowledge. Previous experience as a brand ambassador, dispensary staff or buyer is strongly preferred.
BRAND AMBASSADOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
Educating retailers and customers about our products at “vendor days”, drop-ins, education sessions and events.
Creating social media content in order to drive brand awareness and attract new customers.
Building rapport with customers and retail partners.
Monitoring retail partner and customer feedback and escalating complaints to management.
Keeping detailed records of activities, feedback, changes in retail staff and other notable items.
Representing the company at education sessions, ad hoc drop-ins, events, and trade shows.
Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.
Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.
BRAND AMBASSADOR REQUIREMENTS:
Cannabis industry experience, Oregon preferred.
Prior experience in a customer service environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Enthusiastic and willing to hustle in a fun, start-up environment.
Ability to travel.
Valid driver’s license, valid motor vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
Clean driving and criminal record.
Own cell phone.
OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit.
