Job description

MNG Holdings is vertically integrated cannabis-focused company is looking for a charismatic, professional, analytical and strategic thinking individual to take on the role Audit Coordinator in our Portland, Oregon Location.

The Audit Coordinator is responsible for audits at all retail locations. The Audit Coordinator is dedicated to tracking inventory through daily and quarterly audits. The Audit Coordinator is required to follow policies and procedures to track product from warehouse to sale while adhering to company and state regulations. The Audit Coordinator is expected to operate under the highest standards of compliance and professionalism. The Audit Coordinator is required travel to all locations to audit product daily and compare our POS inventory with Metrc. They will be responsible for investigating any discrepancies and recording necessary adjustments in Metrc.

Supervision Works under the supervision of the Manager of Audit Compliance.

Education and Experience Requirements: Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Work Experience

Organization Attention to Details Time Management Communication Results Problem Solving and Decision Making

Working Conditions

Monday through Friday

Experience: Auditing: 3 years (Required) * METRC: 1 year (Required)

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Required travel: 75% (Required)
