The Administrative Assistant performs all visitor check-ins for the entire campus, as well as data entry and administrative duties to support the Facility. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a high level of diplomacy and confidentiality. Additionally, the candidate must be able to demonstrate knowledge of administrative functions. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, being the contact source for scheduling requests, compiling reports, and working with the admin team to ensure each and every employee, vendor, and contractor is accounted for.
